Expanded Clubhouse Hours Trial: The gym will be accessible Monday through Friday starting at 6:30 AM and the clubhouse will be open on Fridays until 8:00 PM pending staffing availability. The front door is now open without needing the key. Please remember your ID so you can check in and enjoy your neighborhood clubhouse!
New Portal: Sign up for your account on the new Malibu Bay portal! Apps available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

Comcast has finished installing the fiber outside of each home in Malibu Bay. Please schedule an appointment for them to convert your service at no additional charge. If you have an issue to report with disturbed landscaping or damage done during construction, please email fiber@malibubay.org.

Roofer: Work is wrapping on the north side with the clubhouse and gate houses under way (Map | Permits)
Painter: Work has started on the south side. Please make sure to follow the instructions from the painters. If items are not cleared from the walls in a timely fashion, the painters will charge you a fee to return.

Please dispose of motor oils, cooking grease, and other waste properly. The neighborhood drainage system is not the proper place for these contaminants and it can lead to pollution of local waterways that could affect wildlife. Learn more from South Florida Water Management District.
West Broward High & Somerset Academy student parking is not permitted in the neighborhood

All items for collection should be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on the scheduled date of pickup
Unacceptable items will not be moved in order to collect acceptable items
Bulk items of a disorderly or hazardous nature will not be collected
Do not place bulk items for collection next to mailbox, utility pole or close to a fence
Any broken glass or tile must be placed in a box and taped closed to prevent injury to the workers picking up bulk items
