Clubhouse Meeting Room Rentals

• Only Malibu Bay Residents are permitted to rent the room

• Residents must be in good standing and renters must be on the approved list of Malibu Bay tenants

• Hours: 10 AM to Clubhouse Close

• Fees payable by check only: $100 rental fee and $100 security deposit

  • No credit cards or cash is accepted

• Monday: 9:00 AM - 8 PM (Pool and sports complex close before sunset)

• Tuesday: 9:00 AM - 8 PM (Pool and sports complex close before sunset)

• Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 8 PM (Pool and sports complex close before sunset)

• Thursday: 9:00 AM - 8 PM (Pool and sports complex close before sunset)

• Friday: 9:00 AM - 8 PM (Pool and sports complex close before sunset)

• Saturday: 10 AM - 6 PM

• Sunday: 10 AM - 6 PM

Memorial Day (5/25/2026): 10 AM - 6 PM
